Spiritual Ocean Grand Master Akshar’s 5-day yoga & meditation retreat concludes in Goa. Highlights of the retreat were training with the water and Pranayama and breathing techniques that helped the participants discover and build their energy.

Bengaluru : Revered yoga and spiritual guru Grand Master Akshar on Thursday, April 15th, concluded a five-day event titled Spiritual Ocean in India’s tourist capital Goa. The event, which intended to guide people in their tryst to discover their inner self, witnessed gathering of people from different parts of the country. Though people from several other countries were slated to participate in the event, but they could not make it due to the pandemic-induced travel restrictions. In fact, all the participants got their Covid test done before converging in Goa for the event.

As part of the 5-day retreat, which was organised in accordance with all social distancing norms, the participants learnt about the frequency that could harmonize with the power of the ocean on a metaphysical level. The holistic wellness retreat, held at The Leela, Goa, was about an individual’s discovery to the mind, body and spirit connection.

A number of activities were organised for the participants, who came seeking a mantra to complete mental, physical and spiritual wellness. Some of the key activities included Energy Invocation Meditation, Reprogramming of mind with yogic practices, Kirtan Meditation etc, in addition to informative sessions on subjects like Law of Attraction and Energy Movements & Laws, among others. Other highlights of the retreat were training with the water and Pranayama and breathing techniques that helped the participants discover and build their energy.

Speaking about the event, Grand Master Akshar said, “The whole retreat module required the physical as well as mental presence of all participants, so that they could make the most of the immersive five-day journey. We chose Goa as the retreat venue as the region has a discreet sense of peace and dynamic experiences, owing to its rich local culture, beaches and captivating architecture. I am glad that people from different parts of the world made the most of it.”

The event was well planned and avoided any possibility of large number of people gathering without taking social distancing prerequisites into consideration.
