Pepper Rasam – a recipe for health. Botanical name of pepper: Piper Nigrum
Ingredients:
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp z Ginger,
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tamarind juice – 5 tsp
Hing – a pinch
Curry leaves – 6
Salt for taste
Jaggery – ¼ tsp
Ghee – 3 tsp
Mustard seeds
Method of Preperation of Pepper Rasam
- Seasoning with Ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, ginger garlic paste, hing and curry leaves.
- For this seasoning ass tamaring juice, pepper powder, salt and sufficient water .
- Boil for 5 min .
- Add jaggery, boil for 5 min and serve
