Bengaluru: ” All Must Vote ” campaign from Ayush Arogya Foundation. Ayush Arogya Foundation has campaigned “All Must Vote” in hospitals, clinics, public places and through social media in connection with the Lokasabha election. Young voters neglect the importance of voting, but their voice is very important. Most importantly, only a few voters are voting. But more voters are very necessary to decide the representative of our nation.
The polling percentage was only 66.3% in India, in the previous Lokashaba election in the year 2014. It was found that female percentage of polling is comparatively less than male voters. Democracy needs an active, engaged, educated population.
Shrikrishna Mailengi, Convenor of Ayush Arogya Foundation is appealing people, especially educated and professionals to come out to vote in large numbers. Voting in large number means, large number of opinion, and the most preferred candidate is elected.
“We should express our choice and vote for the candidate whom we think is suitable,” says Dr Arun Kumar, Deeksha Hospital.
Dr Tejasvi of Surabhi Homoeo Clinic appreciated this campaign and said “I vote because, it’s my right, it’s my responsibility and it’s my future”.
