Wellness studio chain SARVA and DIVA to host online live sessions

Amidst the Corona virus shutdown, Wellness studio chain SARVA and its women-centric arm DIVA will  host over 1200 online live sessions over the next one month.

SARVA logoMumbai, 20th March 2020: SARVA ,Yoga and wellness studio Chain and DIVA Yoga, its women-centric arm have rolled out several digital initiatives to help those staying at home during the ongoing corona virus crisis to be healthy – mentally, physically and emotionally. A daily-guided gratitude routine has also been launched to assist people stay calm and avoid panic and anxiety in these uncertain times just before they go to bed in the night.

For SARVA, it is Accessible at live.sarva.com and for DIVA, it is on DIVA’s Instagram handle at 7.30 am, 11 am, 5 pm and 9 pm every day, over 1200 “expert guided live sessions” are being held with the aim of making the best use of technology to reach out to people. These virtual classes will help people stay fit and build their immunity apart from remaining calm and healthy even at home. These specially designed modules range from high-intensity calorie burning and immunity building flows to meditation, gratitude and sound healing sessions.
