Puberty is the age that brings various changes in an individual’s body. Adolescents undergo several transformations in their body structure. A common phenomenon that usually occurs in adolescent males can be frustrating. However, should you be concerned about nightfall?
How does nightfall occur?
Nightfall, commonly known as night discharge, involves the ejaculation of semen involuntarily when accompanied by an erotic dream. In this condition, the rapid release of sperm takes place during sleep. This is a healthy difference in any individual body. However, the change depends on the reasons for the discharge. If it is not because of erotic dreams, the most common explanation is the overproduction of semen, diets which produce sperm on excessive levels and the professionals stress.
If an individual has been away for sexual contact, they are bound to have erotic dreams, which results in abrupt semen discharge from the penis. Nightfall is a common condition that is commonly observed in the males (also sometimes in women) who step into puberty. This condition is portrayed as the ejaculation of seminal liquid during sleep without sexual stimulation. As a result, the individual will become weaker after lethargy.
Symptoms of the nightfall
The common symptoms observed in a person who is suffering from this nightfall are restlessness, difficulties in urination, emotional disturbances, which may be mild but have a profound impact on the mindset of that person, insomnia, and also night sweats. Nightfall makes a person weak mentally, sexually, and physically. This condition can cause dizziness and makes a person lazier than ever. Some of the side effects included are insomnia and knee pain.
In some cases, people might face memory-related problems where many of them forget things very often. The most severe consequences of these nocturnal emissions are the decreasing capability of sexuality in males. The sperm count usually decreases in males, which gradually leads to the inability to achieve sex.
Treating Nocturnal Emission
Consult a specialist before taking any medicine for nightfall. This is because the medics will issue a correct prescription based on the condition of an individual and any wrong medicine might ruin the fertility in men.
Patients are advised to take some drugs, which are entirely safe to use. Contacting doctors would bring a better solution than home remedies.
