Pippali cuisine – Ingredients you need
Tulsi leaves – 15
Bade pippali -3
Chota pippali – 4
Neem flower – 5
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Dried chili 2
Cumin seeds 2 tsp z Pepper seeds 2 tsp
Fry all the ingredients and prepare rasam powder
Toor dal water extract 2 cups
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Garlic
Asafoetida
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves

Method
• Mix toor dal juice and tamarind paste by adding salt.
• Mix well and adjust the salt and sour taste considering your taste.
• Then mix the ground Rasam Powder with the liquid.
• Add turmeric powder, asafoetida and garlic.
• Crush tomato and add to above mixture.
• Keep the vessel on fire and let it to boil( remove in the foam stage like usual tomato rasam )
• Season it by adding Ghee, asafoetida, Mustard and curry leaves.
