Pain needs patience.Pain alerts the person of something wrong with them, that leads to a doctor for the treatment or to get rid of the pain.
Let’s take musculoskeletal pain, not only the person experience pain but by & large gets affected by the moments of the hands & limbs, we call it as mobility issue with pain- Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Ankylosing spondylitis, Back pain etc. These indications happen to be chronic& they last for life. It’s the known fact that it’s a life style disorder raised out of auto immune disease. We are more prone to have this, since our eating habits, thinking habits, living habits, food adulteration, are quite good enough to suffer auto immune disease. It resembles thermotherapy, or heat therapy, which helps to treat these illnesses by improving blood flow, relaxing muscles and reduce painfulness in joints. It also helps in curtailing muscle spasms and inflammation, to treat twists and pulled muscles.
Acupressure and Acupuncture:
Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique similar in principle to acupuncture. It is created on the notion of life energy which flows over “meridians” in human body. For treating, physical force is applied on acupuncture tips to dissipate blockages in these meridians. Force may be applied by hand, elbow, or with several devices.
Acupuncture is a treatment by injecting thin needles to a person’s skin at definite points on human body, at different depths. Research proposes that it may help to get rid of pain, and it is also helpful for many other complaints.

In recent past taking acceptance much faster for its faster actions & results as we see & experience, Marma therapy works on the specified marma points for various ailments, pains. Ancient Indians were practicing Marma therapy to manipulate a vital energy (prana) in the body and help in healing process. Marma therapy is based on the use of 107 points in the body to access the body and mind.
Cupping therapy:
Cupping therapy is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It comprises placing cups on skin for the purpose of suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow.
