Although a common problem, it can upset a person’s daily routine, becoming a bugbear. Not withstanding the lack of precise knowledge about the exact reason that cause it , it is generally believed that a few common causes of migraine are:
1. Atmosphere conditions
2. Unregulated lifestyle
3. Hereditary factors
4. Lack of proper sleep
5. Neurological problem
6. Deficiencies of the brain
7. Some medicines
8. Stimulants etc.

Management of migraine:

A person suffering from painMigraine usually manifests in the form of Restlessness/State of distress, Flashes of light/Black spots/Criss caressing lines in front of the eyes, feeling of limbs pricked by needles, stiffness of neck shoulders and nimbs sensing unpleasant smell, difficulty in speaking. It can cause severe pain in the head, fatigue, nausea,giddiness partial headache, impatience/irritations,aversion to light,sweating,variation in body temperature, stomach problems.

It can also affect a person’s lifestyle, cause a person to lose interest in his work and be unable to cope with his work , develop a phobia that may keep recurring cause depression etc. If a particular trigger of Migraine can be identified, it is best to avoid it. A diabetic would do well to keep his blood sugar level in check.

1.Avoid going without food for long by taking frequent small meals

2.Avoid dehydration

3. Proper sleep regularly

4.Eat healthy food(avoid junk food)
