Cymbopogon, also known as lemongrass, (Scientific name: Cymbopogon, Family: Poaceaeis) is an herb that is native to Srilanka and South India but now grows in many countries around the world. Procedure:
Cut the stalks into 1-2 inches of pieces. Boil a cup of water. Pour the boiling water over the lemongrass stalk to steep. Leave the stalks in the water for atleast 5 minutes. Then strain the liquid.
