The growing rates of hypertension and diabetes play a significant role in the development of heart disease. Early detection of heart disease combined with preventive measures such as better food choices and an increased effort to exercise and maintain a healthy weight is the way forward. This World Heart Day is an opportunity to encourage more caution and care amongst people.”

Heart disease is the silent killer in today’s fast paced life and it is important to create awareness around this.”
Participants were holding banners with slogans and other awareness material on heart.Zumba, warm up session along with cool down and Physiotherapy session were conducted as a part of this initiative. The participants also received free jerseys at the event.
