COVID-19 has taught the world about the importance of preventive rather than curative healthcare, however amidst the pandemic people have been ignoring their regular health check-ups. At Healthspring, all precautionary measures are followed to ensure complete safety of patrons and the staff.
Prior to a consultation, each patient is required to fill a COVID consent form that includes compulsory details of their travel history followed by routine temperature checks at the center and checking of pulse with an oximeter. To guarantee complete safety, Healthspring also conducts Antigen or Antibody testing before proceeding with treatments, if required. Antigen tests are carried out through home visits in order to keep the clinic risk free while the antibody tests are available in-house as well as through home visits.

In case of an emergency, Healthspring doctors accompany the ambulance to the location of emergency along with a Fully Equipped medical kit. The Doctor first tries to stabilize the patient on the spot with the help of the available life-saving drugs. Out of 6500 emergencies handled so far, 85% of the patients were stabilized at home, thus avoiding any hospitalization. In case hospitalization is required, the patient is taken to a hospital of their choice or the closest hospital depending on the situation.
