The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda emphasizes, “Aahar Shuddo Satva Shuddhih,” meaning that our mind and brain can remain healthy only if we consume clean, nutritious, and sattvic food. Unfortunately, modern eating habits have shifted towards junk food and chemically processed items, which negatively impact brain development, particularly in young individuals under 18-20 years of age.

Regular physical activity, particularly for at least 30 minutes a day, benefits the brain’s hippocampus—the region responsible for memory and learning.
