• Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Ayurveda recommends consuming three-quarters of a liter of water before sunrise for energizing and detoxifying effects.

• For hard stools, drink warm milk with gulkand in the evening.

• For those with obesity or diabetes, half a spoon of Triphala powder with hot water at bedtime can help.
• Individuals with dry or thin bodies may benefit from ghee and Jeshtamadhu powder in hot water before sunset.

• Drink twenty to twenty-five ml of castor oil with hot milk or hot water once a week or fortnight on an empty stomach in the morning. However, frequent use should be under medical supervision.
• Pregnant women should prioritize natural options like milk, ghee, butter, basil leaves, and black beans and consult their doctor for other remedies.
