Bengaluru September 24: Sami-Sabinsa Group, the multi-national health science company that is into manufacture of nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, standardised herbal extracts, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, and probiotics, is honoured with the “Best Manufacturer Export Award 2022” by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) in Bengaluru on September 21, 2022.

Sami-Sabinsa bagged the top honours in the “Medium Category” of exports. The award was presented by Dr. Murugesh R. Nirani, Hon’ble Minister for Large & Medium Scale Industries, Govt. of Karnataka. Mr. Ramana Rao, CFO, Sami-Sabinsa Group, accepted the award in presence of Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Dept. of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Karnataka, Dr. CA I S Prasad (Second from Right), President, FKCCI, Mr. B.V.Gopal Reddy, President-Elect (Right) and a host of other dignitaries.

The Export Excellence Award is a flagship event organised by FKCCI every year wherein the exporters of Karnataka in various categories at both the State and District levels are recognised and the best performers are felicitated.

Expressing his pleasure over the distinction, Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Founder and Chairman, Sami-Sabinsa Group, said, “Recognitions like these give us a tremendous impetus to continue our journey towards becoming a global leader in nutraceutical exports.
