Bengaluru: Sakra World Hospital, Bengaluru had organized a session titled Sakra Think Beyond Season 2 recently.The session presented talk about individual mental preparation to achieve the best in a team work.
Roger binny And dr rudrappaDr Satish Rudrappa, Director – Neurosciences, Senior Consultant Neurosurgery, Head – Dept. of Spine Surgery and Mr. Roger Binny, former Indian Cricketer who was part of the 1983 Cricket World Cup winning squad participated.
 The session focused on how an individual can prepare from time to time to build self-confidence,increase concentration and motivation, handle high-pressure situations, control their emotions and know the strengths and areas of development to effectively set a goal.
