Herbal tea is rich in antioxidants, which prevent free radical damage and reduce cell damage. <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Herbal tea can be considered as a herbal medicine as it improves digestion and <a href="https://healthvision.in/boost-your-immunity-naturally-during-covid19-pandemic/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="color: #0000ff;">immunity</span></a>. It helps in relieving constipation too .</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>1. To a pan or vessel add water tea power, cardamom, Ginger,mint leaves, basil leaves and sugar.</p>
<p>2. Boil for 8-10 minutes.</p>
<p>3. Add milk and simmer for 3 to 4 mintues.</p>
<p>4. Strain the tea into cup using a strainer.</p>
<p>5. Serve hot in an insulated tumbler..</p>

Mint rich in vitamin C  also helps in relieving cold and cough, fever.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>1. ½ cup tulsi (Indian basil) leaves .</p>
<p>2. ¼ cup mint leaves (Phudina).</p>
<p>3. 1 tbsp roughly chopped ginger (Adeale).</p>
<p>4. 2 tbsp honey.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method of preparation:</strong></p>
<p>1. Combine the tulsi leaves, mint and ginger in a mixer and blend to a coarse paste using very little water.</p>
<p>2. Transfer a the paste into a non –stick saucepan, add 1 ½ cups of water, mix well and boil for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring occasionally.</p>
<p>3. Strain the mixture using  honey and mix well.</p>
<p>4. Serve immediately.</p>
