If these meals aren’t adding those unwanted calories and are supremely delicious, who wouldn’t want to add them in their daily meals?  So, let’s swap some oh-so-heavy meals with fresh and crunchy greens to satiate your taste buds with a colourful, flavourful and ultra-nutritious food option.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Southwest Potato Salad</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Servings: 2</span></strong></p>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">200 g Baby Potatoes, boiled (with skin) </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">1 tsp Olive Oil</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">2-3 Garlic Cloves, chopped</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">60 g Sweet Corn Kernels</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">½ tsp Red Chili Powder</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Salt</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">75 g FunFoods Zer<u>0</u>Fat Dressing South West</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">5-6 Parsley Leaves, chopped</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Directions:</span></strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Gently press the potatoes, using your hands and keep them aside.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Add garlic and lightly fry for 10 seconds or until garlic turns light brown.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Add potatoes, sweet corn kernels and red chili powder. Sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes and season it with salt.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Take out vegetables in a bowl, add South West dressing and parsley. Mix well and serve warm.</span></li>
