Rujuta Diwekar launches her new book Pregnancy Note. 

Bengaluru, August 5, 2017: Celebrated nutritionist and author, RUJUTA DIWEKAR releases her highly-awaited book –PREGNANCY NOTES: BEFORE, DURING & AFTER – in Bangalore today.

The event took place in Innov Koramangala, Bangalore amid her fans and followers. PREGNANCY NOTES was officially launched in Mumbai’s Title Waves bookstore on 15 July in the presence of new-mom Kareena Kapoor Khan. Kareena, who has always inspired Rujuta’s earlier books has written a personal introduction in this book.

Rujuta is one of India’s leading nutrition and exercise science expert and in this latest book, she shares comprehensive knowledge of eating right to make the complete pregnancy process a smooth one. The book covers a whole gamut of issues right from weight gain, diabetes, postpartum depression and unhealthy eating practices amongst others.

Popular for un-complicating the process of eating and busting long-standing myths on nutrition, the author giving some insights to the audience at the event, said, “It is wonderful to finally launch the book and to know that it will be available to everyone in India.
